02 / CULTURAL DELIVERY

الثقافة والمجتمع

Cultural ideas.
The work of
delivery.

Founding New Chapter has taught me how cultural ideas become public experiences: shaping the concept, coordinating contributors and preparing the details of delivery.

As a Council member, I could bring that practical understanding to youth activities and community programmes.

Explore my responsibilities
  • Develop cultural concepts and curate vendors around the character of a place.
  • Coordinate suppliers, stakeholder requirements and participation processes.
  • Support negotiations, onboarding, ticketing and technical preparation.
  • Contribute to on-site operations and the visitor experience alongside the wider team.

This experience informs my contribution as an individual. It does not commit New Chapter’s services or resources to the Council.

Recorded event admissions, across the wider team’s delivery.

My involvement covered cultural concepts, vendor curation, supplier coordination, ticketing and on-site operations. The result reflects the work of the whole team.

What the numbers mean

Admissions are recorded entries across the event, not necessarily unique visitors or confirmed paid-ticket purchases. The company profile summarises internal attendance records; these figures have not been independently audited.

Understanding people.
Exploring possibilities.

Property Advisor · 2024–Present

At fäm Properties, I advise clients, explain property options and support negotiations. Listening carefully and communicating clearly are central to that work.

A SEPARATE PERSONAL PROJECT / 2024IntelliAgentAI-assisted market analysis

A real problem.
A reason to build.

I developed IntelliAgent to help real estate agents analyse the market using AI. I participated in a DLD REES pitching event and attracted investor interest.

IntelliAgent was a personal project, separate from my employment at fäm Properties.

ما أقدّمه للمجلس

Youth Councils — Emirates Youth Council for Culture and National Identity

My country.
My responsibility.

I want young Emiratis to feel proud of who we are—and have a place to contribute. I can help turn that purpose into experiences that bring people together.

01

Share our heritage.

Bring Emirati culture to life through activities young people can take part in.

02

Give youth a platform.

Create space for young people to share ideas, skills and ambition.

03

Make ideas happen.

Coordinate people and practical details, and follow through on the work.

WHERE I COULD START

Proposed ideas · Subject to Council approval

Heritage, shared.

A hands-on workshop with an Emirati practitioner. I could help shape the experience and coordinate its delivery.

A stage for young founders.

A small showcase for young entrepreneurs to present their ideas. I could help prepare participants and organise the event.

07 / PERSONAL COMMITMENT

المشاركة مسؤولية

A responsibility
I would take
seriously.

I see Council membership as a responsibility to listen, contribute and follow through. I want to put what I have learned to work for my country and community, while continuing to learn from others.
